Story Hour themes and crafts for late summer and fall

Mushrooms, autumn leaves, pumpkins, owls, scarecrows and squirrels - and that's not all. Each Wednesday starting at 10:00 am, Story Hour will feature a special subject. Kids will learn about it and make a related craft or art project - and Grandma Beth will be here to read fun stories. Here are the autumn themes, starting Wednesday September 15th at 10:00 am. We look forward to seeing you then!

September:
  • Mushrooms, our favorite fungi!
  • Apples and Johnny Appleseed
  • Autumn leaves and trees

October:

  • Owls - where do they live?
  • Spiders and Halloween
  • Pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns
  • Bats are our friends

November:

  • Squirrels and acorns
  • Corn and crows
  • Scarecrows
  • Turkeys and Thanksgiving

Join in on the fun, starting Sept. 15th at 10:00 a.m. Please call or stop in to register. Thanks!
